“When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy."* — Matthew 2:10

The Christmas star is never taken down. Long after the ornaments are packed away and the carols fade into memory, its light still burns in the heavens. This star is not bound by a season—it belongs to eternity. It continues to shine for every heart still seeking Jesus.

When life feels shadowed by grief, confusion, or fear, lift your eyes once again. The same light that guided the wise men still leads today. The Spirit of God faithfully draws all who search for truth out of darkness and into the radiant presence of Christ.

Christmas cannot be contained by calendars or candles. It is a divine reality—a continual invitation to come and behold the One who brings joy to the world. As you journey through ordinary days and uncertain seasons, remember: the star still shines, and its light will never be extinguished.

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, thank You for being the light that no darkness can overcome.

Keep my eyes fixed on You, that I may follow wherever You lead and carry the glow of Your presence into every corner of my life.

When the night deepens, do not let my faith waver or my spirit grow cynical about the power of Your light. Help me to live in the continual Advent of faith—the daily celebration of hope, love, and grace shared with one another.

Amen.
